Grizelda "Grace" Montalvo was born in Monterrey, Mexico and rasied in Los Angeles, California. She now resides in McAllen, Texas and is in love with the Rio Grande Valley!

Grace is known as a hard working lady. Grace puts her heart into all she does. She is always looking to obtain more knowledge and experience in the industry she loves most, Real Estate. She is a family oriented woman who strongly believes in the Golden Rule. “One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself”.
Grace, a family orientated woman with her three daughters and two grandchildren.
Her job is to counsel customers on current market status for residential, guide buyers and sellers through the process with the purchase or sale of their property, develop close relationships with area realtors, and educate clients on the current real estate market.
